Physical Therapy Out of Network and Self Pay Rates:

Evaluation: $125

Majority of Physical Therapy Services: $40 per 15 min

Dry Needling: please refer to sports recovery and other self pay rates

Blood Flow Restriction: please refer to sports recovery and other self pay rates

Cervical Traction: $28

Electrical Stimulation: $28

Sports Recovery and other Self Pay Rates:

All services below will include an additional $35 for the initial visit set-up and instructions for use except Dry Needling. Dry Needling will include an additional $25 initial visit evaluation fee for non-insured patients. Patients will be independent for all follow up sessions for the below services except for Dry Needling.

AlterG Anti-gravity Treadmill: $1 per minute

Normatec and Hyperice Recovery Services: $20 per 15 min

Dry Needling and Sports Dry Needling: $60 per session/30 min

Blood Flow Restriction: $20 per 16 min (Two 8 minute sessions)

Body Tempering: $20 per 15 min; $35 per 15 min with therapist performing
